Reflective Statement Interpreting Course Evaluations

Overall the student evaluations are quite positive (see course evaluation summaries). The student evaluations show that they recognize and appreciate the diversity in my teaching methods for this class. They like the Manager’s Hot Seat video discussions, real-life examples from the instructor, the overall classroom environment, current events, legal/ethical challenges, final team presentation, different types of assignments, fun atmosphere in classroom, and guest speakers.

Students asked for more coverage of the hiring process and interview questions so I now devote an entire class period to this topic. They would also like to see more guest speakers which I am continue to work on.
